An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive calendar months of no login activity. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of MYR 20 per month, applied against the remaining account balance. won55 will send written notice to the registered email address at least 30 days prior to applying any dormant account fee.

won55's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law jurisdiction under which won55 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute between you and won55 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through won55's internal complaints procedure, accessible via the 24/7 live chat support channel.
